Olga Moisuc


Olga Moisuc has a keen interest in working with children, adolescents and families. Having obtained extensive experience working with kids and teens across settings including hospitals, research institutes, preschools/kinders, schools and community settings, her philosophy is that every single child and adolescent has remarkable potential and unique qualities that they bring to the world. 

Olga is a registered Psychologist and obtained her Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology at Melbourne University in Victoria. She is proficient in conducting a range of assessments for cognitive, educational, mental health and developmental purposes. In addition, Olga has specialised training in Autism assessment and intervention. Olga also has a keen interest in parenting and has delivered parenting talks regarding childhood resilience and co-facilitated groups for parents with children experiencing significant behaviour problems.

Olga specializes in using a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play therapy, Behaviour Therapy and Emotional Coaching. In saying this, Olga acknowledges each child and family is different and will use strategies that are best suited to your particular child and family.

Olga is able to provide individual therapeutic intervention for children and adolescents experiencing problems such asanxiety, attention difficulties, anger and acting out, learning and school problems, poor resilience, school refusal, bullying, peer problems and/or communication difficulties in children with high functioning Autism/Aspergers, grief, loss and/or trauma, depression, self harm, low self esteem, sibling rivalry, transitions, adjustment and difficulty with routines.
