Jennifer Francis
Clinical Psychologist
BSc(Hons), MClinPsych, MAPS, Member College of Clin Psych

Jennifer has been a registered practising Psychologist since 1994 and is a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Jennifer has counselling experience in both the public and private sectors, has taught at universities in Queensland and NSW, and has a special interest in developmental and autistic spectrum disorders. She has a focus on supporting parents to feel confident about their skills in creating opportunities for their children and teenagers to build balanced and happy lives.

 

Dr Kymbra Clayton
Psychologist
BFa, BSc(Hons), PGDipAppPsych PhD, MAPS

Kymbra obtained her PhD in Psychology from Macquarie University focusing on the effects of childhood trauma. She currently teaches at SIBET Sydney and has experience in both adult and child psychology. Kymbra has a special interest in childhood trauma, eating problems and gender issues.

 

Sylvia Ruiz-Saurina
Psychologist
AMAPS

Sylvia is an overseas trained Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist and currently is registered as a Psychologist in NSW. She has trained extensively in Attachment and Psychodynamic theories and practices. She has many years experience internationally and in NSW working with vulnerable children and their families, as well as with adults and couples. Her approach is determined by the above principals and also by her very warm and respectful nature.

Heather Gill, FunKids
Educational Consultant

Heather will be co-facilitating our FunKids group programs at All About Kids. She is an experienced primary and special needs teacher. For the past 10 years she has been the Junior School Integration and Learning Support teacher at a large co-educational independent school on the Central Coast. She has a Bachelor of Education (K-6) from the University of Sydney [1986] and a Masters In Special Education from the University of Newcastle[2000].She has worked extensively with students of Autism Spectrum Disorders .

Lisa Wagland, FunKids
Educational Consultant

Lisa Wagland will be co-facilitating our FunKids group programs at All About Kids. For the past 10 years Lisa has been the Infants Learning Support teacher at a large co-educational school on the Central Coast. She has a Bachelor of Education (K-6)from the University of Wollongong (1990) and a Certificate In Special Education (Special Education Modules) from Glenvale Special School (1998). She has worked extensively with students exhibiting anxiety and anger issues.

Brian Roydhouse
Child and Adolescent Counsellor
B.Ed, Dip. Ed, TTC, Dip Counselling, Cert IV Counselling,

Brian has been involved in the field of educating and counselling young people all his working life. He has a successful private practice in Sydney working with children and adolescents individually and in groups. He has studied widely on issues related to children and adolescents and has built up a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding of the difficulties they face. Brian will be facilitating adolescent groups at All About Kids in 2010, focussing on school, self-esteem, and dealing with family separation and conflict.
