Our Services

Seeing a Counsellor or Psychologist

Your initial visit will generally be an interview or assessment session.  This allows you and your counsellor to develop an understanding of you and your child’s needs.  Together you will make decisions about the type of intervention and support which best suits your child.

Intervention may look like one or more of these:

  • Individual child counselling
  • Family Therapy
  • Parent support and education
  • Disability and Learning difficulty support
  • Group program
  • School visit
  • Childcare centre visit
  • Educational Counselling and Consultancy

Group Programs

Currently All About Kids offer group programs for children requiring:

  • Anxiety intervention
  • Self- esteem and Resiliency development
  • Childhood depression

Currently All About Kids offer programs for parents in:

  • Parenting
  • Behaviour management

Other therapy needs

All About Kids is a member of Associated Paediatric Therapists (APT) and works in conjunction with speech, occupational, physiotherapists and specialised Psychologist to cater for a range of childhood support needs.

Professional Development

Our Team has a range of expertise. Professional workshops and presentations are negotiated with individual institutions.

Team members with education degrees and experience in educational settings offer a unique opportunity to link clinical information about children to classroom support strategies. Schools, early childhood centres, outside hours care and community groups supporting children are invited to discuss professional development needs with us.
